I never knew that they can be put together! I've gotta try it some day.😀Love lemon, love meringue, put them together and they turn my stomach. Don't know why (Other than that I am a human dustbin and will eat anything 🙂)
Lotus root is something that tastes silky (literally silk-y, having a lot of silk in it) when eaten raw and mushy when cooked.@vellavu I have no idea what lotus root or pomelu are, so I might not like them either 🙂
Everyone I know love lemon megingues, but it's ok because I get all the chocolate cake to myself 🙂
That I find funny as I used to say that I did not like kiwi on account of a bad experience I had while eating one until I got chastised one day that a kiwi is a person a kiwi fruit is what I didnt like eating.*cries softly*

I've never eaten a swede. I've eaten rutabaga before though.But a Swede isn't a 'swede vegetable'. It's still just a swede. 😉

I can call them turnips? I do call them turnips. I think thats the difference between US and UK. You have queer names for food things over there. I don't know why you cant just call things the same thing we do. Why you have to go and be all different.Ha! Even I know they're the same thing! I think you can also call them turnips, because they're all members of the same family, but we've always called them swede and I've always hated eating them, since I was a little kid.
Priceless.😀I can call them turnips? I do call them turnips. I think thats the difference between US and UK. You have queer names for food things over there. I don't know why you cant just call things the same thing we do. Why you have to go and be all different.
