Who could you live without?

I was lulling around the kitchen and it hit me that I could maybe do without Tara. She didn't really do anything major on her own and she spent most of the time being so insecure in her relationship with Willow. I mean, Willow picked Tara over Oz and even with Tara knowing what Oz meant to Willow so she knows how big that is, and any mention of Willow saying "Hey that dude is cute" is immediately met with a stuttering "R-r-r-r-really? y-y-y-y-you think he's c-c-c-c-cute?" TA-TA-TA-TODAY JUNIOR.

I know that makes me sound really mean, but I just found her to be kind of there with a wide eye stare as if bombs are being dropped around her constantly. The writers, I feel, failed her more so than the other characters. Hell, more than Xander and that's saying something.

Faith, Forrest, and Eve (Or just replace the actress. She was really terrible.)

Kennedy and all of the potentials.

K
Konoe
EXCEPT VI! Cause I love Felicia Day.
Since most people are choosing Kennedy, Dawn etc. I think I'll just choose from the core four (Buffy,Willow,Xander, Giles) It's a tough choice but I would have to say Xander (out of those four). I really love him but not to the degree that I love Willow, Buffy and Giles mostly because Xander can be judgemental in a way that the other three aren't. I really love him though and thank goodness I don't have to choose.

Okay, I totally hate Dawn and Eve, but I actually understand their purpose in the show, so that's not going to be my answer. (Eve's a little less than Dawn's, but still)

I didn't get what part Nina, Wood, Tara and Anya (even though I adore her) were playing in the show. They had no function. They were just pretty spacefilling.

I very much get Joyce's purpose in the show, but she STILL is on my list. :p
Eve. A thousand times over Eve. She makes the long and short list in my book 🙂

I didn't even bother to read most of the posts because I'm sure dawn must be in 90% of them (my poor sweet little Dawnie 🙁)

In Btvs: RILEY!!! (and all the Initiative people), Giles (after S6), Jenny (I know she's dead, but I would have been perfectly fine without her in the first place...), Kennedy and most of the potentials... except Amanda 'cause I like her 🙂

In Angel: Eve, Hamilton, Connor in S4 *roll eyes*, Gunn (I like him, but the show could live without him)

I became very bored with Drusilla very quickly. She and Miss Edith lost all of their charm for me about halfway through "School Hard," and never really got it back. Giles should have stayed gone after he left the second time in Season 6. We should never have heard anything about Warren after he built his first sexbot. Andrew would never existed, and his part in Season 7 and beyond would have been filled by Riley's former partner in the Initiative, Jonathan. Dawn should have stayed a glowing ball of green energy. Doyle was, for me, a total waste of time. The part would have been much better with Whistler (as was originally intended) as Angel's go between for the Powers. And speaking of that mysterious group, I would have had a big reveal somewhere around the end of Angel's Season 4 that the Powers and the Senior Partners were both agents of a REALLY mysterious "Chairman Of The Board," who utilized them and their minions to maintain a workable balance between good and evil in the universe.

I have to agree with all the folks who said the Season 1 Scoobies. The original and still the best.

I could live without Eve, Nina, Connor, Riley and Dawn (even though Dawn grew on me) Season 3 cast of Buffy is my favourite wish they stayed together but we wouldn't of gotten Fred, Gunn, Lorne etc. And if I had to choose a big bad it would be Adam he annoyed me so much at first I was like oooooOOOO and then I went oh, and got bored very quick, but I do wish Mr.Trick was in longer as I love him 😀
