Who do you think was the worst villain?

I always found the Master to painful to look at. Throughout the first season, in just about every ep I found myself thinking, "Ag! Why are vamps so ugly??" Thankfully, they got better. 🙂
 
If it's lamest villain, then there can be only one...Spike :whistle: From being a right nasty piece of work he went all Mills & Boon on us - and I bet he never played one single hand of kitten poker either!

For a proper bit of big bad my vote must go to Glory - sassy and seriously dangerous...
 
The lamest villain on Btvs: Adam, and the worst villain is either Glory or the First.
The lamest villaun on Angel: Jasmine, she was just cheesy, and the best villain for me is probably Angelus, although he was good on Buffy too.

So without a doubt for me, on BtVS, The Trio of Geeks was the lamest(good thing the season had other things for us to get interested in). At least Andrew became a cool character when he joined the Scoobies in s7.

As for Angel, the series was really lacking REAL big bads as you can see from my list. The coolest(at least for me) didn't last more than a few episodes or had really lame send-offs(the Beast anyone?). But that Circle of the Black thorn plot in the last episodes, what the heck? ? ? None of them were interesting or cool, it was also rushed into the story. Why didn't they just finally show us the Senior Partners(after five seasons of mentions)? Really lame when I think about it.
 
Lamest? Trio. I do love Andrew and Jonathan, and I think Adam Busch does a fantastic job portraying Warren's character as a misogynistic, selfish, awful person. But not a Big Bad.

I think Adam was kind of interesting when he talked his nihilistic philosophy, but the Initiative storyline was kind of lame.

Connor was lame as a villain, but he was lame in everything he ever did, ever.

The worst as in not fun to watch was probably... I guess shockingly now that I think about it 'The First'. The whole concept of fighting... well the very concept of evil itself was always very difficult for me to understand. I liked the Turok-Han army, I absolutely loved Caleb but 'The First Evil' itself? I just couldn't grasp it.

What was it's goal anyway really?

The Worst Villain as in the most evil of all was probably The Senior Partners I think. They seemed to be working for some level of pure evil and they had a purpose and goal that was so large scale that no one, not Wes, Fred or anyone else could wrap their brains completely around. That's pretty damn evil.

I did like the senior partners but angel and co. only weren't able to figure put the reason why they put them in charge of wolfram and hart not the purpose in general(which was to bring about the apocalypse and the end of humankind).

anyways, the lamest villain imo(besides adam) would have to be jasmine. I mean c'mon really bringing world regardless of eating people isnt very evil at all. So un-evil in fact that stopping her got them an evil reward. However it did set up season 5 quite well which may have in fact been the point.
 
On BtVS: The Trio, followed by Adam.

On Angel: Jasmine, followed by season 5 Lindsey...He wasn't a big bad though, obviously.
 
I thought the Master was the lamest. I barely made it through season one, which I was able to appreciate the 2nd time through a lot more. I'm glad my friend encouraged me to stick with it. The Master was totally lame and had the least big-bad bad-guy voice ever.

In Angel...I don't know. I hated most of season 4 and the whole Jasmine storyline, but the idea of someone being bad by causing mass agreement/peace is kind of neat. That she could take over the world just by being around people is kinda cool.
 
I think the lamest were the Trio...a bunch of nerds whose purpose in life is to bother the Slayer and "rule" Sunnydale...what they did to Buffy was obnoxious but still I can't consider them Big Bads(making her invisible, making her believe she is crazy and what happened in Dead Things...). I hate Andrew cause he is lame(and he still is IMO)and I hate Warren cause he is probably genuinely evil(as it is proved in the end cause he doesn't care much about taking advantage of women or murdering them). Jonathan is probably the only one who shouldn't be involved in the Trio. Buffy had taught him lessons twice.

Adam is not the best villain ever, but I prefer him much more than the Trio. Of course the best villain is Angelus followed very closely by Glory IMO.


In AtS, I don't like Jasmine, not because I consider her lame. But her story seems to go way back to the past.I don't like the fact that every important thing in Angel's life happened so that Jasmine could be born. I don't want to believe that.
 
Ehh, Adam was just annoying. 😀 And I think that the baddest would've Glory or the First, since were impossible to kill in their natural form.

On Angel, I thought the Beast was lame. Everything else was fab though. 😀
 
Adam! I don't really like Dark Willow either, atleast The Trio could make me laugh from time to time.

I don't mind Jasmine, but I don't really like Evil Cordy. I thought she was lamest of the lame.
 
I think the Trio really suck as villains even though they were not actually the big bad of season 6, also on Angel I thought evil Cordy and Jasmine were poor too but thats possibly because I heard Cordy was going to be evil before I saw season 4 whcih I guess spoiled it.
