Who does the slayer line run though?

That depends. For me I like how it ended in Chosen. And while I like some of the background of the comics the rest I don't like the rest as well as the show. But that just how I like it myself.

There are a fair amount of us who don't. I can accept that the DH comics are canon of a sort, but I see the show as the only real canon. No one here really seems to see it as anything other than personal choice. If you're interested there is a section devoted to explaining the plot of each of the comics.

I agree with you . I like the comics but I think the series trumps them as canon.

I thought that way myself at first but I decided that was my choice.

There are however numerous tales in the Buffy EU (comics, novels, video games, etc) which are not canon...
 
But the Fray comic series has to do with time travel so how can that be Cannon ?
 
I going to say it could be canon in that it could happen myself
