Who had the strongest Big Bad: Angel or Buffy

It's hard to tell who is stronger out of Buffy and Angel at the end of their respective series I mean the last time they fought each other was back in S2.

Individual big bad, quite clearly Glory because she was a god.

If you want to include an entity then W&H is on the table, but considering we know that the First evil is essentially the reason behind W&H (how can it not be if its the FIRST evil). Then Buffy wins on that one as well. Of course, with 'entities', were talking about the same verse shared between the two: W&H exists in Buffys world as much as the First is very much a part of Angel. So, big bad...Glory. Entities.... The First... either way Buffy.
