Let's break down the options:
Spike: Big nope (for too many reason to list here).
Faith: Chemistry? Check. Complex history? Check. The whole awesome ying/yang relationship? Check. Potential for interesting storytelling? Check. Will it happen? Nope.
Angel: Too much of a body-count between these two in the wake of Twilight. So no.
Satsu: Satsu seems to be well over Buffy and the aftermath of their S8 encounter illustrates how badly this universe handles the very idea of bisexuality. For that reason alone, no.
Xander: One of the great things about Xander is that he loved Buffy but then got over it and became one of her closest friends. So no, no need to undo all that growth and development.
Willow: Heh, aw, cute. And no.
Other: Probably impossible to do in the comic books now, introducing a new, interesting and original character for Bufyf to end up with. Maybe if they'd done it way back in S8...
Better Off Alone: Probably the best option for many people who don't care about shipping I guess. Buffy has always been more about family than romance.
