Who was the best match for Buffy Summers?

Just an observation here. At the moment, out of 99 votes, only 28 were cast for "that other vampire." That just goes to show that Adopt-A-Bangel is getting the job done, folks. Keep up the great work.

Hey, somebody's gotta harass the Bangels. They start brooding if they don't get stirred up every now and then. (Besides, now if Angel DOES beat out everybody else, they'll have Adopt-A-Bangel to thank for it. First you win their hearts, then tou win their minds)

Really, I just don't want to see Spike lose out to Angel, again. lol. 😉

I'm sorry, but that's not true. SMG likes both. I've never read or heard her specifically say she hated Buffy's relationship with Spike. In fact, she even suggested the relationship to Joss.

I know she's said she didn't like some of things she had to do in S6 (i.e. the balcony scene, the bathroom scene), but James didn't either (i.e. the bathroom scene). She felt some things weren't in character and she's entitled to feel that way as an actor. That doesn't mean she ultimately liked one relationship over the other. I think she even said once she doesn't choose.

Yes, it's true. And she did suggested it to Joss, but never wanted to turn out like that. She didn't liked how Buffy acted when she was with Spike, and thought it's out of the character. I know there's a link somewhere on BB, but some old threads are hard to find.

Like I said, I know she said she didn't like some things she had to do in s6. She specifically didn't like the balcony scene because she thought it was OOC (and honestly, I think that was the point of the scene anyways). But, there's nothing to suggest she hated the Buffy/Spike relationship overall. She liked both relationships for different reasons, as it should be because both are different.

I think this settles it, lol 😉

Did you ever heard about what she said after the projection of OMWF after this panel ? I heard a lot of times about something Sarah said (it came from fanreports apparently) about the debate Spike vs. Angel, but I can't find the origin... And what she said was pretty good for her position about Spuffy 🙂

Yes, the second video is when David left BtVS to start on Angel. She did. She's the sweetest girl. :heart:
