Ok this thread is for White Avenger for being so gracious and getting the other off-track thread back on its way. So here we are folks who do you think kissed Buffy the Best? Angel(obviously) or Spike(ugh!).

As you can see I'm not at all biased about this topic! let the cattyness begin!

I just didn't wanta be the first one to break your heart, darlin, besides which, I'm wondering how you're gonna handle my new challenge.
Tough call here as I am one of the few (i think it's few anyway...) who just isn't bias about any of the Buffy relationships. Except for Faith. I firmly stand by they are good friends...though I guess it would be very Faith to want more. Haha.
Hmm....if I think First kisses I would have to say best kiss was......either Riley or Angel. The Riley one in Angel is so dramatic and romantic that I love it and it has that sweetness that was Riley's Corn-Fed-Iowa-Boy nature. But the Angel one in erm...well, 'Angel', was tres, tres romantic too.
I'm a sucker for romance so I can't really choose....but the Angel one did seem to get more smoochalicious. You know until he vamped out and it was all with the flying out of windows and her screaming and the argh....
 
I saw SMG on a chat show say that James Marsters was the best kisser she'd had in the industry - interestingly she didn't say 'except my husband of course'.

Ohh well, I think that answers your question.
 
Um hello!!!! SPike of course. Angel always tried to kiss all romatically and stuff! Spike n the other hand turned Buffy on! Being rough and all!!! lol
 
I demand a taste test!

I cannot possibly vote for the "best kisser" without a proper demonstration.

My eyes were prepping to go straight for his name as I was clicking on the thread.

Don't get me wrong, I will always love (lovelove) Angel... but when it comes to
lip smackage I'll take it via way of Spike in 'Smashed' (6:09).

On what criteria are we judging?

I mean, we just get to see what the kisses look like. That pretty much eliminates all tactile sensation from the running. You can't judge on wetness or dryness or anything (unless you see a giant string of saliva). You can't judge on taste because we really have no way of knowing what the other person ate just prior to the kissage or when the last brushing of the teeth occurred. You can't even judge on how fast it gets them into bed because Angel, poor boy, can't do that.
