As I said there are many other male characters in Wheddonverse that are worth mentioning.

For instance, I wanted to include Oz as well but I thought it would be nicer to keep this as a "top ten" thing and also (as some of you might notice) to somehow highlight the impact of Wheddon's shows to fans. Namely:

There are
4 characters from Buffy,
3 from Angel,
2 from Firefly and
1 from Dollhouse

(1+2+3+4 = 10)😉
 
You could've put in Ballard from DH, he's the mannnn!

I would have to say Mal.
& Wesley.
& Alpha.
& Ballard.
 
You could have also put victor/Anthony from Dollhouse I love him.

But my vote has to go to Angel! <3 😀
 
Spike, Giles, and then Angel for me. If it weren't for the way he treated Inara, I'd also put Mal on the list. 😛
 
I'm gonna through a curveball out there and nominate Andrew 😀 Yes, Angel and Spike are definitely clear winners, but Andrew did double-cross them once 😉

I have to go with Spike. He was awesome the entire series and only got more awesome as time went on. He's my favorite fictional character of all time.

Second on this male list is Andrew. I love Andrew.
 
Angel, totally Angel. 🙂 Although I have to give a shout out to Alpha as well, can't help it - just love the guy (or guys if you want to nitpick)
 
It seems that Angel's winning up until now (I counted 9 votes) and on second place goes Spike with 5 votes and Giles gets the third place with 4.

I think that the two first places were taken to begin with (they were quite the obvious choices weren't they?) but Giles in third place was a bit of a surprise... Still, it's too soon to jump to any conclusions...😀
 
I love Spike, and I grew to love Angel, but for me, Giles will always be "the Man!"
