Who's Up For a UK Party? - 26th July 2003

Im thinking about the only thing is i would have to book under normal hotel prices as i cant pay for another two weeks. Urggh i cant decided weather to go or not.
 
The actual hotel prices aren't too bad in themselves:-

After the discount finishes, rooms will return to the normal rate (single £37 and double £44) for any latecomers.
 
Just to let those people know who have paid us so far that your rooms have been allocated with the hotel at the weekend 🙂

For those latecomers (and we know there are a few out there), whilst we do have tickets still available, if you still require a hotel room (ie a bed to sleep in and breakfast 😉 ) then the following may come as a shocker.
We now have SEVEN rooms left and we really need an indication of payment before Thursday 3rd July - but you'll be pleased to know this is still at the discounted rate of singles £30 and doubles/twins £36 (including full english breakfast)

The rooms can ONLY be held until Friday 4th in the afternoon. Then the rooms go into open market territory

After these rooms go, there are only a couple of choices.

1. Hope that the other function taking place (a wedding) has rooms left over after a certain date.
2. You personally asking someone who already has a single if they mind extending it into a twin (please take into account that we would have to check with the hotel if they have the twins available to do this)

There is music for all tastes at the party. You only have to visit THIS THREAD to see the kind of thing Ken aka Bloodsucker DJ has been requested for.

So we are ready, the dj is ready, the hotel is expecting us ....... are you ready yet?
 
Oi what if we arrive on the day and book a room... what are the prices... there still may be hope for me yet 🙂 I have back pay coming my way which means if the public transport thing doesn't go too well, I've always got cash to try at least another five times lol
 
At present we still have party tickets available (£12) but we will need to know in advance if you will be attending so we can keep a check on numbers.

The hotel rooms in our allocated block have now all gone. The best thing to do is to check with the hotel directly for availability www.kingcharleshotel.co.uk

But I won't know until closer the time... MUCH closer 🙁 Work tends to have a habbit of messing people around when it comes to pay...

Thanks for all the response we've had.

The countdown is now at 8 days.

Whilst the hotel is full we have helped a few people find existing room buddies. Tickets are still available if you want to contact us.

Anyone who has pre-booked hotels has received confirmation emails tonight with directions and a party schedule 🙂
 
Man! I cant go! I live in America!! And Austrailia is way too far away for me n noone would take me BLAH! So unfair! lol!😡 😀
but if its...anual!! then i will go someday!😀
 
Jola and I would like to thank everyone who joined us this year 🙂 especially those handful who travelled from up north 😉

Feedback on the Earthfire Productions website would be much appreciated along with any photos of the party that were taken 🙂

We will be looking shortly at suitable locations and dates for next year.
