A combined season would have been awesome, have the Scoobies come to LA after saving Sunnydale/ the world. Angel really only has Angel, Spike, Illyria, and an injured Gunn. Lorne wanted to leave so you wouldn't need to include him. Could even give Buffy a more cameo role since having her around Angel and Spike would be complicated at best. Some of the other characters can be regulars though like Faith, Willow/Kennedy, and Dawn. Giles, Robin, and Xander are hardly Angel and Spikes biggest fans so I doubt they would be interested. Cameos for Xander, Giles, and Andrew would be a must. Oh oh could bring Oz back and him and Nina can get together. Oz doesn't need his stupid monk monastery lol. And then it will all end with Buffy coming back to team up with everyone and her and Angel finally finding a way to be together. By now the Spike spin off is already in the works with him realizing that his feelings for Buffy will never be resiprocated and decides to move back to New York to be a champion instead of endangering his now epic bromance with Angel.
