I saw this 'you know your obsessed with buffy/angel when...?' being asked on the net somwhere and everyones answers were quite a fun read 🙂 and was interested in hearing some of your confessions

so here goes mine, you know your obsessed with buffy/angel when... you treat yourself to an episode (or more) a night and it helps get you through work knowing you have this to watch, cracking open the credit cards to be able to go to a buffy convention :s and finding yourself quoting characters on the show 🙂 hehe
Whats yours?
 
When you spend a good chunk of every day on these forums reading about and discussing the shows 😛
 
When u cant go a day without watching at least 1 episode of Buffy, when u go to 2 conventions in the space of a few weeks, when you find yourself quoting lines, when u go shopping and say "oh thats such a buffy skirt",when u enjoy coming on the forums to speak to other fellow obsessed fans.
But i wouldnt say im obsessed...much hehe! 😀
 
I used to watch an episode per day. Before going sleeping. And then I realized I was thinking about it the hole day. I thought when can I watch my next episode? And so on. Don't missunderstand me, I am not the obsessed one who forget about real-life because of a TV-Show. But without my Buffy-episode in the evening something is missing.
 
-When someone says vampire, you absent mindly reach for a wooden stake
-When your wall is covered with posters and photos (guilty)
-When your idea of a Friday night is sitting at home watching Buffy/Angel
-When you sleep with a stake underneath your pillow/bed
-When you avoid relationships because the other person might turn evil
-If one of your friends starts acting strangely, they're possessed
 
When someone says "Twilight is sooo Original! I mean, have you ever hear of a sexy vampire being in love with a regular girl?" You scowl and reply with a 3 hour long lecture on Vampire human love based mainly on BtVS.

When you see a girl wearing a black shirt and red leather pants you go to petty place and think "Pffft, what a wannabe."

When you're fighting with your man you accidentally start to quote dialogue from the show and then bust out laughing whilst still arguing. True example:

Guy: Why wont you talk to me anymore? Just because Your sister likes me, it doesn't mean I like her. Just tell me how you feel?

Girl-type person:It doesn't matter, it doesn't matter what I feel. *loud burst of uncontrollable guffaws*
 
When you join a board almost a decade later devoted to it. 🙂

Hahaha you know what? I just noticed that. 😀 Oh, how geeky am I, huh? I should win an award or something. Member with the smallest amount of a life. 😛
 
When you watch episodes frequently, have Buffy screensavers, chat on BB all the time, and have BtVS on your mind all the time... even though you finished watching it years ago (P.S. some of me most nostalgic memories are my first watch of BtVS/AtS)

When you recognize the episode just seing a few frames. And knowing the title and the seasons and plot of the episode.

That wasn't meant disrespectfully. 😛

And I'm definitely guilty of having dreams of being in the Buffyverse. Once I dreampt that Spike was in my nan's house. No idea where that one came from 😕
