Anya and Xander. I always thought they were the most believable, and really helped each other to grow up, without changing each other too much.

That, and they're so darn funny and adorable.

They are cute, funny, they love each other, and are one of the relationships I felt was the most real and believable on the show. They connected in sarcasm and humor. I really really wanted them to work and it was the most disappointing end to a relationship on the show to me because I felt like that was the relationship on the show that should just work.

From what I saw onscreen, I think Dangel had the most chemistry and made the most sense.

In the realm of speculative fiction, I'm going to say Faith/Spike (do you shippers say Fike or Spaith?) I think that one scene in "Dirty Girls" demonstrated they had a lot of potential.
