Now that is quite the interesting ship... I'd really like to hear why you support it.

I also am tempted to see if there are any fanfics for it.

Woz: Loved loved these two together. Nothing like first love.
Coyle: I think primarily because I adore Glenn Quinn.
Bangel: As Joss put it Buffy and Angel transcend everything
Fuffy: Awesome, awesome, awesome. They have such an interesting dynamic and two slayers, you know it would be explosive!
Tillow: Such a pure tender love.
Spuffy: Because it was fiery and dark and complicated.

This whole thread has left me in wonder and amazement and feeling a little out of the loop.

Is there somewhere I can find a glossary of these portmanteaus (I love that word)?

How do people know which ships are popular and not?

2- Buffy/Xander
3- Fred/Wesley
4- Jenny/Giles
5- Buffy/Riley
6- Buffy/Spike
 
Okay, my all-time favourites:

1) Faith/Buffy
2) Willow/Tara

After that then I am open to any ship and can get just as much enjoyment out of each one, (It's just a matter of being willing to seek out the strengths and dynamics of the pairing) so I am quite fluid about any other ships. At the moment I'd have to say my next 4 are:

4) Giles/Jenny
5) Giles/Dawn
6) Oz/Veruca
