Top 10 Band Maid songs...

Will give this one a try...

1. Moratorium - Love that wall of drums and bass. Also that awesome riff in the middle that would make Tony Iommi proud.
2. Onset - I recently said that this was the best of Band-Maid. I've changed my mind slightly since then but I want to play that tapping solo on repeat.
3. Don't let me down - The song that first got me to pay attention to Band-Maid. Lovely opening riffs and scream. The chorus is extremely catchy.
4. Thrill - A bit like the song above. Great opening and catchy as hell. Oh, and bass solo.
5. Beauty and the Beast - Not one I hear many mention but I think it's a funny song.
6. Play - From here on I have a bit trouble selecting the order... This one has an extremely cool bass and guitar opening, at least on the live version that I usually listen to.
7. Take me higher - Mostly the guitar I like here. Also a brilliant bass/guitar exchange. Again, at least on the live version.
8. Domination - Will mention the drums for this song. Great stuff. Even though that's true for most of their songs.
9. Dice - Ah, that bass opening and riff...
10. I can't live without you - Have replaced my last pick several times now but since I can't spend forever doing this I will just stick with what I got now.

have you seen the clang live performance with MISA tapping the bass! Never seen that before!

Yeah, perhaps I should have kept Clang on my top 10 list. lol
The only bassist I can recall doing some tapping is Boh. He often does it during his solo when he plays with Babymetal.
Babymetal - Rondo Of Nightmare (With Mischiefs of God Intro)

Talking about Babymetal... since I'm full out in Japanese music mode this Christmas Day.

Top 10 Babymetal songs.

1. Road of Resistance - The official Live in Japan video on YouTube is just epic.
2. Head Bangeeerrr!!! - Su looks cooler than ever with that bottomless mic stand a la Freddie Mercury. lol
3. Ijime, Dame, Zettai - Great intro with piano before the songs kicks in. Also my favorite "dance" routine with the girls running across the stage.
4. The One - Not sure if it counts as a Power Ballad but it sure is powerful.
5. Karate - Those heavy riffs...
6. No rain, no rainbow - Such a beautiful song
7. Meta Taro - Sounds like a marching song or something. lol I like it.
8. Catch me if you can - Love that heavy growl mixed with girls high pitched voices. Apparently about playing Hide and Seek with a demon.
9. Akatsuki - Only because of the amazing dual guitar solo in the middle.
10. Awadama Fever - One of those fun songs that only Babymetal can do. Extremely playful but still with some seriously heavy guitars.
