Day 8 : Fav Bangel moment ?
It's the Amends scene! I've said that before!
I guess I'll share my second favorite scene (not IWRY because a lot of people will share that, hopefully):
I just love this scene. The music, the slow motion fall, how erotic it is... It's the first (and almost only) scene of a human drinking vampire blood so it's pretty significant. These types of scenes are common in vampire books/shows/movies but not on Buffy/Angel. It was a totally unexpected and epic scene. It was also fairly tragic that Angel was forced to drink the blood of the woman he loved and it was such a rejuvenating experience. It's kind of about taking an act of love (Buffy willingly offering up her blood to heal her "lover") and turning it into something perverse (the pleasure/pain, Angel's reluctance, Buffy nearly dying). Just the final nail in the Bangel coffin....
