Lol, cause it's fun (and his hair does stick straight up) 😀 I think his hair got better as AtS progressed though.

It's not really a bad hair, it's more weird. I don't know why though! I think Spike's hair is weirder. But still hot!

And Tara's hair in season 4 is even weirder! Dawn's hair is too long and straight! Anya is changing her hair every episode so I can't follow it! Joyce's hair is so 60's where it should've stayed! Willow looks like she's natural red, and that's weird!

Okay, I'm done!

The person who takes the cake for weirdest hair IMO is Buffy in s3. Her bangs...ugh, lol!
I don't think Angel has bad hair 😉 why do people keep picking on it??

I know right! It gets to me when peopel nag on it, I happen to like it 🙂

ChosenEnemy: I think Buffy's hairdresser between season 2 and 3, when she ran away, must be shot.

I always thought that was more Sarah's "fault" so to speak. Didn't she make Cruel Intentions between the seasons? I think she did... thus forcing her hair to go from blonde to dark brown and back to blonde again... rough work for a hairdresses without ruining the hair 🙂

I was actually under the impression that Buffy herself change her hairstyle as she also changed her name. Didn't want to be found, wanted to stay lost. So she changed herself. But if we talk real life... I'm not sure it has something to do with CI. Even if it does, why change into something so bad looking. Those little blonder bits in the front, the uneven hair that looks like a squirrel slept in.... my opinion on it anyway.

Lol, yeah I agree but getting back to blonde must've been a process is all I'm saying. The front blonder bits always struck me as away to give the appearance that her hair was as blonde as before while they were making the rest as blonde bit by bit to avoid wearing the hair out

Poor Sarah's hair. She's not only colouring it every season (not just Buffy seasons), she's also messing with it. But professionaly I guess so it's still looks great. I dye my hair to blonde and dying to try a darker tone. But then I'll have to dye my eyebrows too, because they're bright and they'd look horrible with darker hair. But Sarah really has the courage to change her hair like that all the time. I don't have any.

Lol, I do - which is why I've completely ruined my hair... so be careful :D
I think people are seriously overreacting to the comics. I like them and since some of their plot lines have been a bit over the top, it's really not difficult for me to separate them from the TV show. To me, they're a crazy all in fic by Joss. They're as close to cannon as we're going to get so I sort of consider them cannon, but they're not really cannon. But even if I think about them as cannon, I still think people are overreacting. They're not that bad.

I thought Buffy arguably looked her best in season 3. I noticed nothing wrong with her hair, although i am a guy. 😀

I think Buffy looked best in season 2.

I didn't have a problem with her hair in season 3, but I didn't like her hair in season 5 😛

Was with ya right up until the S5 bit :p
My confessions...

I hate Cangel. I don't usually voice my hate for them, because hey- I actually don't care that much. But when I think about it, Cangel seems forced. It ruined one of the best friendships on tv by making it romantic. It was like an attractive girl and an attractive guy work together and are close; they must be in love! It irked me that they were "in love." They were way to much like siblings for it to ever seem real to me.

Cordy annoyed me from the latter part of S3 on. She just became so "good." She lost all of her Cordy charm. I hated it. Everything that made Cordelia Chase my hero sort of went "poof!"

I *love* Beer Bad.

Tara's death=pure genius. Really, really sad, I know, but plot-wise, it was AMAZING!

I never hated Faith- even when she went bad.

I didn't like bad Spike that much. I mean, yeah, he was cool, but I only got really interested in him once he started his transformation. Good Spike is *way* better. Evil Spike is... boring.

While I like Dru, I don't *love* her, and I really dislike Sprucilla.

I agree with everything like more than I can.. but explain except Beer Bad and Dru. But yeah, everything else. Totally. Except I don't think Evil Spike was boring. Just not scary and a lot less interesting than Good Spike.

Agree on Cangel and Tara!
I *love* Beer Bad.

ME TOO!!!! Yay!! I totally agree! 😀

But...

Tara's death=pure genius. Really, really sad, I know, but plot-wise, it was AMAZING!

Really? Like Really? I mean, I have finally come to terms with the fact that the *maybe* only way to get Willow to turn evil was for Tara to die(although I don't believe this 100%), I still very much hate the way she died. Plot wise, it was horrendous. There could have been a different way Tara could have died that would have been way more relevant to the show and Willow's transformations from good witch to bad witch. It was too instant. It didn't have the lasting effects that it would have had if say, she would have died differently. It was a stupid plot, written poorly.

That's my confession 😉

(also, may I point out, that I am a firm believer that perhaps Tara did NOT have to die, in order for Willow to go dark)

*walks away*

Something I forgot in my rep... I also don't agree with the Faith thing... but yeah, everything else... so 4/7 things on this list I agree with beyond belief. Especially the Cangel and Cordy parts...

Completely agree, Cangel is actually the plot line that sulies the show for me.
To me it always seemed like a convenient way to get them both a romantic interest without having to introduce new characters (or put other actors on the payroll), it was very "he's hot, she's hot... they'll buy it"

I never did and never will. To this day their romantic dabblings gives me a slightly incestuous feel because much like you I loved Angel and Cordy's friendship a lot, thought of them as family, something far closer to siblings than couple

-I haven't seen all of Angel, so I learned of Cangel on here, and I don't like it.

-I CANNOT stand Dawn.

-I actually really liked Glory, but I didn't like Ben. He complained too much about Glory to really be himself.

-Took me FOREVER to figure out that Cecile (Fool for Love, "You're beneath me") and Halfrek were the same person. It clicked in Older and Far Away. The third time I watched the ep...

-Giles annoys me in the first few seasons, then kinda grows into his own, then leaves. Lame.

-Where was Buffy's dad? He was a good dad in the first season, then *poof* he doesn't show up anymore? And no one talks about it...

Oh my god, I think the same thing about Buffy's dad all the time!
Kana

The Hank Summers retcon from good recently divorced father into dead beat dad was one of the worst
I've heard it fanwanked that it was the monks that changed Hank so that Buffy and Dawn were more isolated, and had deaper feelings of abandonment so that Buffy would feel a stronger need to protect and look after Dawn.

Since I only started hanging around on Buffy forums and such I'm kinda of uncertain as to whether or not the following opinions are unpopular.

-"I Only Have Eyes for You" is a wonderful and underrated episode.

-I'm surprised at the Dawn hate. Whole she is very annoying in seasons five and six, she a lot more mature in S7 and I've absolutely loved her in S8.

-I really enjoy S8. It seems people don't like it because the plots are so over the top. But honestly, imagine a regular Buffy episode in comic format. Of course things will be different.

-Dawn/Xander creeped me out at first, mainly because, Dawn is constantly treated as much younger than she really is, so I started to see her that way. The more I thought about the fact that she is much more mature now, in S8, the more I liked them.

-I really liked Riley before we found he was a solider military guy. I liked him just being a doofus with a crush on Buffy. It was refreshing. But if we're going to be seeing more of him in S8 some interaction with Willow wouldn't be terrible...

IOHEFY is one of my favourite eps!! Very cleverly done, and a huge step for Buffy on her way to what she would eventually become!
