Pretty true. Likable Brits, both of 'em are. Especially late-seasons Angel Wesley.
Unlike the OTHER two Brits, Spike, and if given the timeframe of his early life, Angel. I know he's Irish, but at that time, I seem to remember that it was annexed by the Brits.

Let's see... he's jealous, judgmental, interfering, stupid and often enough just plain nasty. I never forgave him for the "kick his ass" line in "Becoming Pt 2".

Yes, I know what you mean here. I'm actually quite unsure of whether Angel is more Welsh or Irish, given his philandering ways. 😉 He can't be Scot, because they're scrooges (Scrooge McDuck, anyone?) And he can't really be English, because English people rarely drink like fishes... unless your football team lost.
I fear one episode does not a character maketh.

Xander stupid and interfering? Yes, which is why he was the one to chase after Buffy and bring her back from the dead ('Prophecy Girl'), as well as stop Willow from destroying the world ('Grave'). He was also so stupid that he's one of the few main characters not to murder people or be tempted by the dark side at some point.
Xander's hate of Angel and Spike is understandable, seeing as how her relationship with them typically corresponds with an emotional low in her life (running away to Los Angeles and season 6 respectively).

Another confession: I can never take people seriously when the defend Xander because I picture them all as nerds that see Xander as them, which is why they get so defensive and talk like someone has just slated them personally. You know when people kinda just give up talking to someone cause they're talking in that pitch slightly to high? That's how I picture people talking about Xander.

You can still get drunk, even if you win. Or if it's a draw. Or if you didn't go to the match but your boyfriend went and you have to do the laundry AGAIN. Or because your friends are celebrating a win. Lots of reasons. 😀

Okay. Another confession: I love the episode Reptile Boy. I'm kind of ashamed. It's a terrible episode in so many ways. I still love it. Some excellent quotes. Buffy looks slamming hot. College party. It's just awesome.
