OK the last episode was sad.. anya died!! sob.. well anyways i just wanted to know what u guys loved or hated the last episode and why???

I hated the whole season. I mean even sixth season was better than the last. And god knows how much I hate the sixth season. The End was abrupt, Andrew should have gone, Dawn too. Potentials should all have gone (including Kennedy).

I hated season 6 way way more!

I LOVED IT!!!! I thought it was brilliant, I loved the whole season, and yea the final was kinda short, but I still loved it, Dawn should not have died because then it could not have been a happy ending, and Andrew should not have dies because he was funny, and if he had died instead of Anya it would not have had the same impact.

I love the whole, Buffy full circle thing. I thought it was probably the best ending that Joss could have made. I was more then satisfied, but also sad. I was so upset that it was ending. My favorite shot was, well that is hard, there were so many. I loved the scene where willow is finally a goddess, learning how to use her powers for good, and not from evil. She looks so pure, beautiful. And I love the part where they walk away together as they do in the harvest. But the most sad part for me is when Anya gets sliced. Makes me so sad cause she is my fav, and she was always the funny one..besides Spike. Who was so sexy before he was taken to hell, the way the light was shinning on his face, yowsers.

I loved the ending. I really believe that Joss couldn't have written a better ending. Everything fell into place and after having watched again, everything makes sense and just fits perfectly. I was sad when Anya died though, but seeing Buffy and the Scooby's just standing there looking "free", I just thought yup, this was fantastic!

gotta agree with the two posts above me, i LOVED the final ep!! it was a perfect ending for me! everyone came full circle. spike learned that his soul was really there and he became the chapion i always knew he was, faith finally realized what it's like to be good, and became a true slayer. willow went all goddess-y and looked very beautiful, and buffy learnt that she doesn't have to rely on just herself anymore, that there are people in the world who love her and are going to be there for her whenever she needs them.
my fave scene was when buffy took spike's hand, and they both caught on fire.(can't you tell? 😀)
and how can you not love buffy's last word on the show?
her last word was SPIKE

I didn't like it, cuz to me it seemed more like a season finale than a series final, you?
It could've been way more dramatic or...exciting or something

Agreed, I liked it as a season closer, but nowhere near special enough for a series finale.

I loved it. It was cool, and my fave part is what I quoted. it was awesome.
The ending was good, I just didn't want it to end that way, sorta.

yeah that was hell good about willow. i also loved the fact that buffy gave her power to all pontential slayers out there in the world.. and i think joss should have made it a bit longer.. i miss buffy 🙁

DO NOT GET ME STARTED! I hated the way this one ended, i thought there was so uch more and so many other ways they couldve gone out. Watching this ep is SO painful that ive seen in 1/3 less than the rest (which is still a lot). I hated almost everything about this! I disliked a lot of season 7 (but I loved Anya and Andrews time together....WHEELCHAIR FIGHT?!) Im gonna stop now before I go into fullblown rant mode!

I loved it. I loved the last 2 eps. I loved Spikes speech to Buffy and I loved Buffy's speech to Angel. Most of all I loved to watch the look on Buffy's face when she realises she truelly loves Spike.

A lot of things in it weren't that special. Nothing that made it really great, but I did love the fact that it ended with the same statement as if started. Abit on the happy side, but I can't hate it for that, becasue deep down that was what I wanted. Even though I know that it could have been better with a bit more drama in it.

Anya dieing didn't feel so bad after all she was over athousand years old, she had her time. Andrew living and feelin what he felt was great, cause after all The hardest thing in this world, is to live in it.

At first, I wasn't really impressed with the episode. I fell into the loop of whining about it's quality, length, etc,etc,etc..... but after rewatching it for two years, I've been thinking a lot more about it and I have changed my opinion about it.

I think the episode had a great line that really brought the show to a close... Faith talking to Buffy at the end "You're not the one and only chosen one anymore. You just get to live like a person. How's that feel?"

That was a great way to end the show. Buffy was given her life back; something that she had wanted for years.
