Favourite LGBT character on a tv show?

There was also Larry on the Buffy series. Considering the proportions of LBGT in the general population and the proportions on the show, they are adequately represented on Buffy.

Which I'm very happy about, plus BtVS got a fairly accurate portrayal of things; they didn't make gay characters, they made characters that happened to be gay.

Willow and Tara are obviously among my favorite. Since someone mentioned comics already, I have to mention my love for Marvel's Billy Kaplan a.k.a. Wiccan. I like Teddy, his boyfriend/fiance too, but Billy holds a special place in my heart since I see a lot of myself in him.

Omar Little on The Wire. Favorite LBGT character ever, and probably one of my favorite characters ever too.

Probably Tara on Buffy because I love Tillow and I love Tara's character progression. Also, David Fisher from Six Feet Under.
