Here's another vent thread

My ears have been plugged for the past 3 days. It's so annoying. And I refuse going to the doctor who'll send me to another doctor who'll send me to another doctor. Probably going to go away by itself, I'll just wait till it does.

See, that's the kind of thing that drives me bonkers, when people find it annoying that when those of us who have read the books say things like, "I know who such and such is," or "Well, in the book it sort of happened this way because of," whatever happened. I mean, I don't honestly see anything wrong with it. Of course, I know that the show isn't going to be like the books and I always point that out. But, I guess I just don't see the problem with saying that though. *shrugs* Oh well, guess this is where we differ.

The show is loosely based on the books, so I enjoy be able to compare and contrast where both the show and the books are concerned. So, in discussion I probably can/do/ and will say things like that, which probably have you rolling your eyes at me. lol. Now, the rolling the eyes at the bad punctuation...good lord, I'm thinking most of these kinds are teenies and whatnot. 😉

Per se, I don't really think there is anything wrong with it, I was kind of doing the same with Harry Potter, I'd say this and that and this and that wasn't like that in the books. And I always have a form of respect for the people who liked something before it was popular, and I think a big part of the people who read the books read them before it was popular.
The fact I'm annoyed is more based on the repetition of the thing. Like when I was fan of Twilight, when I was saying "I love Edward Cullen", it was something you didn't hear a lot. Then the movies were released and I heard soooo many times "I love Edward Cullen!" that in the end, well I was annoyed whenever I heard that!

And I'm also kind of annoyed when I say I think xxx might be the second A and people tell me "xxx can't be one of the A, it's not like in the books!".

(I guess I just get annoyed by lots of things, haha 😀)

I don't know anything about charities. I've got to find a few good ones for a charity event and I'm completely clueless. I don't know where to look or anything. And, I definitely don't want to pick one that's not really good because I'll look so stupid.

You know, I really hate it when they let me intern here, and yet they don't let me help out at all! I know i'm not getting paid, and I know I don't know as much as you biologists, but the only way you're going to be able to administer that injection on that thrashing baby whale, is if you let me calm it down. She knows me. She knows my touch. She's my baby. And you won't let me get near her when she's scared. Are you morons or something? She is just going to end up getting hurt if you have no one there to keep her calm!! UGH!!!

This week sucked. First my Grandmather died, then my dog died. I also had a major test in five of my classes and two projects due. Bad bad bad week.

Health Insurance is going to be the end of me!! Just got two things in mail from them. Basically wanting to raise my monthly. I can't handle that. It's too much. Their trying to bleed me dry!

And to keep this post on topic (sorry that I chatted a bit, didn't mean to offend or ya know...) my gran had a doctor's appointment today and she found out that her heart is beating too slow and so now she's going to have to see a Cardiologist. I'm starting to get really worried, plus we're having money issue's and then we had a death in the family this past weekend and right now, I just don't feel too fantastic at all. I feel like a frakking failure.

I'm training for my new job at the moment, out of the city. I have to take a short bus journey and then a 45 minute train journey to get home. Tonight I finished work at 9pm, train's at 9.30, bus should have arrived at 9.10. Plenty of time to get all my travel connections, I thought.

Wrong. >.<

Thanks to Justin Bieber having a concert in Birmingham tonight, my bus (the last of the evening) was late, then announced it was cancelled because a Bieber fan had been so overexcited about going to the concert, she'd been sick all over the floor and some seats of the bus.

Meaning I had to get a taxi, missed my half nine train and had to sit in a freezing cold waiting room until 10. I finished work at 9 and didn't get home til 11! Ridiculous!

I blame you, Justin Bieber. 😡

It's saturday night... I'm bored and my friends already do have plans, so I won't be able to go out tonight, unless I wanna go alone (which is so not happening!)... But I NEED to be distracted from my damn thoughts about this guy I'm in love with... Being in love and not knowing if it's being requited is true HELL... and he keeps sending me mixed signals I don't know how to react to. Which makes me a pathetic, jealous bitca lately. Like on friday, it ended with me being unpleasent to him out of frustration. He seemed kinda offended but I didn't make much effort to make clear, that it had nothing to do with him. Well, in fact, it had, but of course, I'd never admit it. Believe me, normally, I'm not that way, but him and I had a very intense conversation the night before via ICQ and I also asked him out for a second date and he suggested to look at our shift plans on friday together, so we could pick a date. But he didn't mention it that day. Why I didn't remind him of it? Well, I was already shaking while asking him for the damn date (the first one is over 6 weeks ago). He should've been the one who remembered! Anyways... I wanted to send him a msg yesterday after I got home and apologise, but I wasn't sure if I'd use the right words, so I'd just let it go. Now I can't wait for monday to come (LOL) so I can make sure he wasn't too disappointed in me or at least not anymore...

I hate love! It just makes my life a complicated mess. I wish, we wouldn't work together. It's too much for my aching heart. Especially since he seems to be playing with my feelings. And yet, I'm desperate enough to hope that next week he remembers to make our next date fixed. I'm incorrigible. 😱

Ya know, I'm about tired of the damn bad luck. It seems like every time you think things might be getting better, they get worse.

First, it was the death in the family (more on my sister's side than anything), then it was finding out that my gran's heart is beating too slow and she has to see a cardiologist now, then money issues, and now we found out that my brother-in-law's dad fell and broke his leg the other night right below the knee.

I'm so frakking tired of this crap. Ooh, not to mention my stepdad and one of his sister's got in a rip roaring ugly fight. World, you frakking suck right now, ya know that. Bite me.
