In order to convert from mols to atoms of a chemical substance or compound you need to take Avagadro's number into account.
Eg. How many atoms of silver are produced from 3g AgNO3?
3g AgNO3 x 1mol AgNo3 x 2mols AgNO3 x 6.022x10^23
----------------------------------------------------------------------
170g AgNO3 x 2mols AgNO3 x 1 mol Ag
=1.06 x 10^23
Isn't stoichiometry fun?
