To tell the truth, it wasn't too bad today...sunny and 7C. Last week was a bit hard on everyone...we had 3 straight days of -18C to -21C (-4F to -10F for my American cousins) with windchill putting it down toward -30C (-24F or so).
A quick conversion for Celsius to Farenheit:
2 X degrees in Celsius + 32 = degrees in Farenheit
This is not exact, but it will give you the basic temp to within a couple of degrees. Celsius (also called Centigrade) and Farenheit read the same when the temp reaches -40 degrees. Or, we could use this chart:
