The old Walking Dead Thread is closed, or unable to comment in. Its in the cemetery/Wolfram&Hart
area. I figured I would get some conversation going again since the show is back from its mid season
break. Not only that but its one of the most popular shows, if not, the most popular. I haven't heard
of too many television shows to get red-carpet premiers.
I must give my two cents on Season Three thus far. I love-love-love the show. To me, however,
I feel that the direction of the show is changing. Season Two may be a stand-alone favorite. It seems a
lot about survival and team management. Now I haven't read the comics but the show has taken a direction
of a drama/comic-like show. Going into Season Three with the Prison as a build up.. I must say it wasn't as
cool as I was hoping. It came across as creepy, but was just a few episodes of zombies and suddenly the
formed-town was the new location of the season. Again, I haven't read the comics.. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE
the show 😛 Now I know the show couldn't stay fresh with a survival theme every season. I have enjoyed
the season so far. But not only did we get a bad guy of a beating heart, he is a mayor-like guy with an
eye-patch! I still love it and can't wait to see how it plays out.
Every episode is intense and hits so many levels of emotions. I hope it keeps this freshness for many
more seasons.
What do you guys think?
