I do apologize for what I said. I reacted in an emotional fit, before really thinking it through. I do believe that I am entitled to my views on Trump/sexual assault, but you are also entitled to yours.

But wait, said Andrew Feinberg, a White House reporter for Breakfast Media. So what “countries” was the president referring to, then?
At which Conway made this jaw-dropping reply: “What’s your ethnicity?”
Feinberg: Uh, why is that relevant?
Conway: Because I’m asking you a question. My ancestors are from Ireland and Italy.
Feinberg: My ethnicity is not relevant to the question.
Conway: It is, because you’re asking about, he said ‘originally’. He said ‘originally from’. [Fact check: three of the four members of Congress in question are “originally from” the United States, unless where you were born... is not the same as where you are from... because you are... not white?]
That’s a fairly powerful counterpoint to the op-ed this morning in the Washington Post by Conway’s husband, George Conway, titled “Trump is a racist president”:

It's mind blowing that Trump can bang on about his Scottish roots (and considering that Scotland is one of the most left leaning parts of the UK which is all left of the USA republican party I doubt many there feel much kinship with him) and then attack US nationals with other roots. He obviously doesn't see the contradiction or thinks that because his ancestors came over earlier it's fine or is it ok because he's white 'cos that's what it's really about ain't it? Same with the UK many moons ago when a Descendent said were becoming a mongrel nation. For starters mongrels are often healthier than pure breeds - and I think both the US and UK are the cultural leaders because of multi-cultural influences - but many queried the word becoming. We've always been a mix - the Roman Empire even had people of Middle Eastern origin settle here. Eddie Izzard even did a radio series called Mongrel Nation about our rich varied heritage.
Yes, in fact I do talk to them and ask them how they think he's making our country better. I do try very hard to understand people different than me. That's the only way we can come together again. but it's pretty frustrating when the reasons they say are actually not fact. For instance, i had a women tell me she voted for him and would vote for him again because he "tells it like it is." I reminded her that Trump lies on a regular basis, and makes up facts and it's well established fact he does this. I had another woman say she voted for him because "since he was a good businessman he is a good President." I think we all know how absurd that is.
Telling people to 'go back where they came from' is textbook racist rhetoric. I'm not saying racist a-holes are exclusive to the right (our left wing party certainly has an anti-Semitic problem) but the concentration of problematic individuals is higher on the right. Also while the left maybe patronising it's at least proof of effort and it's not a crime to be clueless. If we're getting it wrong tell us we'll probably listen.
He won under the system but he didn't get the majority of votes per centage wise so it depends on what criteria you use. As for sour grapes Trump said that if he lost it was fixed and he wouldn't accept the result. There were suspicious leeks courtesy of our dodgy friend Assange and highly probably Putin interference. Also much as I disliked Bush and yeah don't get me started on the dubious election of W he was a statesman Trump is a man child he's the Eric Cartman of politics.
