I agree, also her clothes in s3 are just awful if you ask me. Way too girly. On the extras I think it's said that that was Sarah's idea though.
But just... awful. Like that dreadful green ensemble she wears at the end of "Lover's walk" - it looks like something my grandmother would wear :S

Dude, I so totally had that outfit in mind when I wrote my post! :lmao: Her hair/clothes are really bad. I love that scene, but just... her look almost distracts me from it. They should have kept her in the pink outfit she wears right after that scene... cause anything is better than that green thing! 😛

I know right!! :)
Well....someone said it is a mathematical impossibility but its really not....I love Rohna! Hate Kenidy though. and Vi is so IT!

I was completely on Buffy's side in "Empty Place." They needed to know what they were up against. It is better to attack you enemy then wait for them to attack you.

I love Faith. Period. She was amazing and beautiful. She was just misunderstand. If Buffy and her friends had treated her better she would not have turned evil at all.

Joyce should not have died. There was no point. Her getting sick and dieing was a bad mini arc and it drew to much attention away from the main arc of season 5. There was just no point. Joss just wanted to hit everyone with to much hard emotion. It would have been better if Joyce had survived.

I am glad the first never appeard as Tara. I love her so much and that would have totally ruined her charictor. But it should have shown her in the last eppisode when Willow did her spell.

I like Rona too. The writers push her character a bit far, but she gets in a lot of great lines.

I think Joyce's death was necessary for Buffy to get to her lowest point by the time she jumped off the tower in The Gift
I'am going to differ with you here and say i think Sarah looks her best in season 3. She looks great in every season but if i were to pick her worst i'd say season 6. I wasn't that much of a fan of the short hair look.

I think Buffy looks by far the best in S1. I don't like her as a blonde so much, plus she gets ever skinnier with each passing season.

yeah that is kind of sad :S I think she way, waay too skinny by season 6-7. It's great to watch s1-2 when she was young and cute, her 'babyfat' really fitted her.

I think she looked best in S2/3. I wasn't a fan of her hair in S1 (I know, I'm so gay) and she became too skinny post-S3.

I didn't like her hair either. :) It was SO 90's... :p
I really don't like Harmony, she can be funny sometimes both as a vampire and human, but most of the time when she's on the screen I just wish she'd be elsewhere. Obviously "Harm's way" is one of the worst Angel episodes in my oppinion.

Re: Buffy and her beauty, I think she looked best in Season 3. Largely because she had that perfect tan and she didn't look as emaciated as she did in subsequent seasons.

Actually, I think that she looked her best in S7. I never really noticed her getting slimmer, after all, when kids get older they lose the babyfat. 🙂 Besides, she wasn't outrageously thin. If anything, she was the same size that I am... Which is healthy bordering on underweight. 😀 Yeah, she could have gained a few pounds, but with so much exercise and little time to eat it's not surprising that she lost some weight.

Also, her hair was best in S7 imo. 😀 It was less 90's. 90's hair was kinda... Anyway. (sw) I also liked her fashion sense the most, which definitely helped. And I just love S7 Buffy in general. 🙂 If it wasn't for Season 7 Buffy, I wouldn't even like Buffy at all. But loving her in S7 makes me love her in the earlier season. :smile3:

Sarah looks so gorgeous in S7; not too skinny like in S6. But later I think she looks better. I actually like her shorter hair in S6 🙂

I like it except for right after she cut it, but after that it gets cute :D

maybe the only thing I liked about Buffy in s6 was her hair! in s7 I had problem with the last episodes...I think Sarah was exhausted and although she is very beautiful in general, she seemed tired in s7

hey don't diss the 90's hair ;P
hehe, nah seriously I like her season 7 hair (not when she braids it to her head though) and I think she looks all right. Just... kind of creepy. Emaciated. It's that bordering on unhealthy part that I mind.

I understand why SMG lost the weight, I just think it's a shame because it's such an unhealthy ideal. :S And like it or not she is a projecting an image to the public.

Lol, I've never liked the 90's style, even though I was born in the 90's. 😀

Emaciated? :eek2: I dunno lol, when I think of emaciated those people who are entirely skin and bones pop up in my head. 😀 Imo, she was just slim, not unhealthy or anything.

Well, I doubt that she TRIED to lose weight. :biggrin3: And maybe she is. But the public can take what they want from it. Some people think that she's too slim. Some people think that she's just right. Some people don't care at all lol. 😀

I suppose that we can just agree to disagree. 🙂 I'd hate to think that she's too thin, 'cause than I would apparently be too thin, and it's physically impossible for me to gain weight. Really. For the past year I've done nothing but sit on my butt and eat (well, not really. 😉 But I only started exercising again in May), yet I haven't gained any pounds. Luckily, thin is in. (sw)

I'm sure this will be unpopular with Bangels 😛

In the end scene of Surprise, when Angel says "I love you. I try not to, but I can't stop." I'm thinking... awwww 😀

Then Buffy says "Me, me, too. I can't either." And I'm just like... uhhh, lol. It just sounds awkward. And it totally takes me out of the moment, lol. Maybe it's meant to be that way, I don't know. But I just never liked her response. She should've just said 'I love you too' or something less... awkward sounding, lol.

okay so I've been re-watching season four and I find that I really don't mind the Initiative - the plot idea that is. I think it's great, it makes sense that the government would stick their hand into it and mess things up completely.

However - why did the actual experiment room of the Initiative have to look like a big hole wrapped in tinfoil? Why didn't they just stick the Tinman and the Cowardly Lion in a corner too? Would almost have made it better looking.

Speaking of the Intitiative - Riley is really growing on me. Maybe it's cause I know he's gonna cut that awful boyband hair but though the character has his flaws I'm really starting to like him.

first time i watched i was like w.e toward that storyline now i actually enjoy the season. I see what you mean Riley does grow on you.
As a Cangel fan, I think that Waiting in the Wings is terribly overrated. The dialogue when they're possessed is over-melodramatic and Bangel-esque, and the main plot is average at best. The whole episode is centred on the relationships - if you don't care for the relationship, there's very little in that episode to enjoy.

I'm not sure that episode is 'overrated'. I don't know many peoples who think it's that great. It was funny here and there though. Like Taake said, Cordy drooling on Angel's shoulder LOL!! And I also liked the scene where Wes fight one of the laughing demons and he kill it and goes 'Who's laughing now?' and then it still laugh so he says 'Well you, but I still win' hahahaha.

Most Cangel shippers I know rate it as one of the best episodes ever - probably just because of the Cangel-ness.
