JCoatsworth agrees: why can't you watch it?
It was awesome. The audience I was with loved every minute and I haven't come out of a theater where people were talking about how good the movie was as they walked out of the theater in a long time. Even non horror fans can appreciate it and I think it's some of the sharpest work Joss has done in a while. Very quotable movie too.
Because horror movies give me nightmares. I can,t watch the entire old Scream movies and the scariest movies I can watch are Valentine's Day (because it's not that scary) and The Covenant (because apart from the spiders it's not scary either)...

I haven't gone out to see it yet, but some people I know hated the ending. They felt like it ruined the entire film. They also said the dialogue was awkward and horrible at times. I'll attest to that: the majority of the uninformed just don't know how Joss speaks. It goes over their head. 😉

One of my friends has been to see it and he said the same thing about the ending but other than that he loved it and he's not a Joss fan 🙂
I'm not going to see it. I gave up watching horror films when I was 17 because I realised they scared the crap out of me way to much. One of the best decisions I ever made - I'm way less paranoid now when I'm in the shower 😀
