Why does everyone like Fred so much?

I think she is liked so much because shes the "Willow" of Angel.
That shy, cute female character that has many opportunities to explore with.
The evolution of their personality and lala.

Plus, shes damn hot as well.

The Willow of Angel? Nah, I'm going to go one up and say, the Tara of Angel.
Both are pretty much a point of weakness, yet the most relatable. Willow in early seasons, maybe. But after Season 6? Nope. But that's another story.

But still, Fred was the real star of the Angel series.
