Obviously people change their minds all the time, but right now, with everything going we know about the movie (which is admittedly very little), do you think you will watch the movie in some form.

The poll has two answers only because at the end of the day, you know in your own mind if you will watch it or not.

Hell yes I will watch this movie. I haven't been this excited over a movie since X-Men 3.

Which I'm confident this film will equal in brilliance.

Anyway... no, I will not be seeing this movie. Calling it "Buffy" doesn't make it so.

So far apparently Andrew Crossett.

Hey, I told you before this was an overwhelmingly pro-movie board. You contradicted me.

I'll be curious enough to watch, like watching a car crash, but I won't pay to see it. In general I don't much care about a Buffy movie, I'm happy enough with the TV series, but I don't much fancy seeing a remake of a film that I didn't like in the first place, that's being made by the people who made it so rubbish in the first place.

Yeah I will definitely see it. I've always said that no matter how bad the reviews are, how bad the movie is, who's in it - I will see it. Probably at the movies as well. Probably on my own since none of my friends will go. And probably will eat copious amounts of junk food while muttering under my breath my own criticisms!

All three as it happens!
I'll see it, out of curiosity. The trailer will have to be something amazing inorder for me to see it in theaters though.

not gonna happen, unless the trailer looks something next to heavenly. call me lame, call me a rabid whedon fangirl, whatever you want. It'd just be blasphemous.

I'll see it, but like I said in another thread, I'm not going to think of it as canon or as "official" or whatever. I'm just going to treat it like a fanfiction, like fan-verse. Buffy, to me, is the seven seasons on television and nothing can change that. But there are some pretty spectacular fanfics out there.

I will see the movie, based off of what the trailer looks like. If the trailer shows a campy crappy flick... then no. But one can hope...

Haha I was lost a VERY long time ago!
I will see it, i wont pay to see it but i will watch it just to see what it is like. I probably wont like it but i still need to see what has been done with it.

I will almost certainly watch it at the theater and will most likely buy the dvd when it comes out. I may even rave about it here on the Boards until a petition is taken to have me expelled to the Charmed Forum.

Or I may not.

LOL. You can rave. Nobody will expel you!
Depending on wether or not I have the cash to go, I wouldn't mind seeing it at the theater. God knows Sunshine will beg me to go so I hope nothing better is out at the time...or she'll have to wait for the dollar theater! It's like watching The Crow movies. Though they shouldn't have made any sequels I still saw the others but in a detached fashion. Same with Queen of the Damned. But hey, it might be a good stand alone...

I'd definitely see it, even if it looks horrible. I can't get much credibility telling people how bad it is and how its nothing like the tv show...unless I see it. I also think I would be highly entertained, just to see the differences between the show and movie.
