Could be a female possibly, it's just the physique looked male, but it wouldn't be the first time in a comic/show/movie that we're made to believe someone is a man and they turn out to be a female.
in the frame where Gigi says "No, YOU have much to prepare, Roden." You can see one of the screens in the background pretty clearly. It shows a blonde girl (presumably Buffy) running up some stairs/construction, pushing a hooded man out of the way. Is it just me or does everybody else also recognise this as being from "The Gift". If so, wow, Twilight has been on Buffy for quite a while, if he was already tracking her during Season 5. What does that tell you?
The Grim Reaper looking guy doesn't remind me of anyone from The Gift, but those stairs really do look like the tower. Also on that page is a pic of what looks to be Buffy on Xander's building site, although that pic could have came from Warren when The Trio were watching Buffy.
So like you said, either Twilight's been watching Buffy for quite a while, or i'm right about it being Angelus, i'm sure Wolfram&Hart have a Buffy file he could steal.
I was convinced it was Xander, even voted for him but now I think I'm with Clem, I'm leaning towards Angelus.
Twilights comment about his chin always struck me as very Angelus-esque. His knowledge of the move Buffy used to kill Caleb and pass off comment he made about not falling for it this time reminded me of Angelus telling Buffy 'It's not about you, it was never about you...and you fall for it everytime!'.
Also if it is Angelus then somehow he and Angel have been separated

. Who else would have a greater reason to end magic than Angelus? He has been cursed three times, without magic he would be finally rid of the soul.

I don't know much about how the individual companies work now, but "in my day," DC and Marvel did exactly that, had a major crossover about once a year, Spiderman and Superman the first year, then Superman and the Hulk. I think one year they did the Avengers and the JLA.
If IDW and Dark horse want to do it, it CAN be done, just like the old Buffy/Angel crossovers, and I would be surprised if the idea hasn't occurred to Joss. It's the kind of thing he would absolutely love to do.

Yeah i like the idea and clues that Twiligh is Angelus but am a little put off by the logistics of such an inclusion.....will continue to wait and change my mind every few weeks as to who i think Twilight might be....

If it were done the same way that it was done to Xander, that would be even more interesting, because killing Angelus would automatically kill Angel. For the first time, the objective of the defenders would be to capture, rather than destroy the BB.

The next question is, when will this brainstorm be revealed? If it is a crossover, it would have to be sometime after LA escapes from hell, and that's something that hasn't even been hinted at yet. Unless Willow somehow finds out about the situation there, tries to do another of her "get out of hell free" spells like she used on Buffy in Season 6, but on a tremendously greater level, and the feedback causes her to go Dark Willow again.

They could always do it so that time goes so fast in Hell-A that by the time they get out it's Fray time, and Dark Willow somehow takes them back to the past.
Although, if it's Angelus, and if the SP made Angel human at the same time that LA went to hell, maybe Angelus never went to hell at all
