2011 Buffy-Boards Crossover FanFic Competition

Just wanted to sneak back in here and remind everyone that the deadline for the entries is this Saturday, January, 15th. I have only gotten 5 entries so far, and I know there are a lot of talented writers out there. Also, I wanted to point out that since the word count has indeed been upgraded to 1500 words, you can either pm me your fic in two separate pieces (because of the word limit in pm's) or you can email it to me (email is in my profile).

I think my plot kitties are hiding. I got Clem down to LA to the Caritas where he's supposed to meet up with someone about a kidnapping, but now I'm having a heck of a time finding that someone for him to meet up with. LOL Hopefully I'll be inspired soon.

at a quick glance I'd suggest the best person in the Whedonverse to do a kidnapping would be Jayne, who are they kidnapping? Could it be Simon? A doctor to remove some unwanted flab (Jayne's trigger fingers).

Jayne and Clem together would be epically amazing!
Spike and Buffy were kidnapped, it's Season 6 Tabula Rasa time frame because the Caritas is burnt down by Holtz the next week on Angel. Since this is supposed to be BTVS/ATS only, I'm looking at a ATS character right now, but I'm trying to avoid AI overhearing anything. Utimately I think Sharkie will be the bad guy. I'm ending the story in such a way that if I went on to the next round Clem is doing a 'treasure hunt' to find Spike and Buffy meeting up with the other fandoms.

Actually, I've never watched Firefly/Serenity. When it came out on the air, it conflicted with something else I wanted to watch. LOL
 
Okay, sorry, what I meant to say is BTVS and ATS are the only shows on the list I've watched. Too many people making noise here makes my brain not work right. Thank god for bedtime.

I have a quick question kind of new to fanfic and a little confused.
So what if I wanted to writer a Connor and Dawn fanfic could I use Andrew too? I only mentioned Buffy as a place to stay like Buffy could help along those lines is that cool?

Hmmm Andrew was already in Angel...haven't finished s5 of Angel so idk if Dawn is in it. I guess it would depend on what you have in mind. If you pm me your general plot idea, I'll let you know where we stand 😛

I'm going to attempt to write something up before tomorrow, since I only just saw this and really fancy it...With only tonight to do it, and a lot of school work to fit in, it won't be brilliant, but I'm going to give it a (very last minute) shot. 😀
