Unfortunately you can't watch it because it's not on Netflix, but fortunately for the sake of the story, it's not on Netflix. It would be a much different show on Netflix than Hulu.

Killing Eve. Also The Haunting of Hill House (which I've only seen 1 episode of but I'm waiting to be in the mood to watch more... meaning I'm waiting to have time to watch it during the day and when my roommate is home 🙂 )

Day 26: OMG WTF season finale...
Just about any of the finales from American Horror Story. But also The Gift. Especially the very first time I saw it. It was a very popular topic of conversation at school the next day with my fellow Buffy geeks.

Day 26; OMG WTF? Season finale?
No Rest for the Wicked the S3 Supernatural finale. I definitely expected them to find a way to get Dean out of that deal...
Honorable mention to Monica and Chandler hooking up in the S4 Friends finale (and also Ross saying Rachel's name, I guess)

Day 26: WTF Season Finale
Final Curtain, Spectacular Spider-Man season 2. So much WTF stuff in that finale only for the show to be then cancelled.

Probably the LOST pilot, it's jam-packed with action and keeps you on your toes, while completely sucking you into the show.
That beign said, The O.C. pilot was always one of my faves too, as it beautifully sets up all the characters and the dynamics of the series.

Hm this is actually kind of difficult for me because I'm sure there are a lot of really great pilots but I don't usually notice them because it usually takes a while for me to get into a show... but I agree with @RachM that The OC pilot is pretty solid! Also, from recent memory, the Good Behaviour pilot got my attention very early on. The beginning of Twin Peaks is also probably a contender but I need a rewatch to be sure. Anyway, my indecisiveness really jumped out with this whole answer oops

There is no doubt in my mind on this one, it's definitely The Walking Dead. I've never fallen in love with a show (or character) this quickly and that was before the pilot was even over.

Veronica Mars s1 & s2 finale. Both shocked the hell out of me. Especially s1, I really had no idea who killed Lilly. As for s2, I did not think we were coming back around to V's rape, I thought that was a closed and shut case from s1.
Buffy s2 finale. Was not expecting Buffy to have to actually kill Angel
Buffy s5 finale. I was definitely expecting Buffy and the scoobies to save the day without anyone but bad guys dying.
The Good Place s1- Just WOW
Jessica Jones s1 was pretty great too "Smile"

Gosh this is hard for me bc it typically takes me at least 3 episodes to really get into a show.
I guess I'll go with Veronica Mars because a lot was revealed in that first episode to get you hooked. Yet everything revealed was unsolved, so you wanted to stick around to find out what happened. Plus, I think this pilot did a good job of setting up most of the characters and I loved Veronica!!
