If you are in the US, check out Federal Business Opportunities (it used to be Commerce Business Daily) online. About half of the contracts are set out to give source selection precedence to "minority-owned businesses, HBCU (historically black colleges and universities) and women-owned businesses". The last job I had before I retired was program manager at a company whose biggest customer was a woman-owned business who was selling our product to the US Navy and her company was selected on this basis. The government has already established a preference for dealing with historically disadvantaged groups but few women seem to connect the dots and actually take advantage of this. This is official dollars-and-cents feminism as established by the biggest source of money in the US. And aside from our customer, few women know about it or look into it in spite of the fact that it is there for all to see. And these are business-owner level jobs as manufacturers or researchers paying top dollar.
How many times have you seen feminists tell other women about this (or take advantage of it themselves)? I would agree that women should get equal pay for equal work, but equality should go beyond that. Charmed should show equal spells for equal ingredients.
