Hi I'm Glen. My fabulous girlfriend introduced me to this site. Her name is joanthevampireslayer and like I said, she is fabulous.
I'm here because I believe Buffy the Vampire Slayer is the greatest show ever made.
I look forward to discussing the Buffy universe with everyone.
I do have a...
So I have seen a lot of people discussing S7 Spuffy and I wanted to test a theory with you.
Now before S7, Buffy always saw Spike for what he was : a vampire. Even if she had sex with him, even if he was fighting evil, even if she somewhat develop feelings for him that she doesn't...
As far as we know, (based on the show) Angel and Spike are the only vampires with souls. When Spike got his soul we assumed that it worked just like Angel's does. But it seems to me like the soul affects them differently.
With Angel, it is made clear that he and Angelus are separate entities...
You're introduced to Angel at the beginning of Buffy
Take his human past (Liam)
His vampire past (Angelous)
Then his vampire with a soul time on Buffy (Good Mopey Angel)
Then on Angel (Bad Angel)
[I mean when he got all epipanied off]
Okay then there's Spike
Abused poet (William)...
Sorry if this is a stupid question but I've always wondered how Angel and Angelus were different but spike stayed the same with his soul. Angel with and without his would are like two different people but spike is more or less the same person. How is that possible? I'm also probably not wording...
NOTE! I know that Spike was turned at 28 and was turned at 27
But this has to do with the graphic novel The Hollower (Is this Novel Canon?) and I'm wondering the ages of Drusilla and Darla.
Thanks if you can help.
So I just re-watched 'beneath you' (season 7) (so SPOILERS obviously) and Spikes behaviour in that episode is really chaotic:
First he comes to Buffy not 'looking to atone' but to help, but at the same time making it clear that he's sorry about the almost rape ('I don't have word for it...
I was just rewatching the beginning of series 7 and I was just thinking that Spike's rambling sounded a bit Shakespearian? Maybe that's just because Joss always expresses a love for Shakespeare that I'm influenced, but the language just sounded sort of old timey and sort of a mix of making...
Do you think that Spike’s decision to get a soul would have been more impactful and significant if he’d decided to get it not only for Buffy, but also for Dawn, and the Scoobies he’d learned to care about? In my head I’ve always had this idea that instead of Spike nearly raping Buffy (which in...
In the scene in Season 4 "Who Are You" where Faith is flirting (sort of) with Spike in Buffy's body, do you think it affected Spike's feelings for actual Buffy (i.e. made them begin to develop)? Since he didn't know it wasn't actually Buffy until later on?
Just an interesting thought I had.
I'm probably going to get a lot of argument here, but I've always preferred Spike as an evil character. The whole arc about the chip was to make him funnier and to replace Cordelia, and I will admit that he was hilarious there, but the soul in season seven and him without one in most of season...
So I was on my LINE Camera app editing Kpop pics and decided to edit some Spike, Spuffy and general BtVS pics too^^ I hope you like them^^;
Oh! I read the rules for posting in this section but as these pics are stock BtVS (& AtS) I don't know who to credit other than the people who make the...
"Katie Lucas: Who did you like together with Buffy the most: Angel, Riley, or Spike?
JW: You know what, I liked Spike. With angel it’s too “Romeo and Juliet”. Which means, as soon as it happens you’re bored. Riley, you know he was a well-adjusted person who loved her in a much...
In my opinion, I like both Buffy/Angel and Buffy/Spike. I think that Buffy was a very different person when she was with Angel than when she was with Spike, which is why at those very different times in her life, she needed very different kinds of love to deal with the particular problems she...
